How often do teachers check their school email during summer vacation?

I'm very close with my English teacher this year. I'm moving and she promised me she's give me her phone number on the last day to keep in touch. Today is the last day of school but I couldn't go because of personal reasons. I didn't get to say goodbye to her, or hug her, or thank her for helping me, or get her number.

I emailed her at around 8:00am today. Her last class was 7:30am-9:35am today. She once told me she gets school email sent to her phone,but i don't know if she can or has turned that feature off.

Sometimes when I email her it doesn't get sent, so I was going to wait a day and resend it in case she didn't get it, or didn't see it.

I was just wondering how often do teachers checks their school email during summer? If at all? It's really important to me that she reads this email.
