Pain in elbow when I throw?

I just turned 17, and I'm 6-2, 190 pounds. The pain is only when I throw, and really only occurs when I try to throw hard. The pain is bearable but it is irritating. It's been going on for about 4 months now. I also had tennis elbow when I was younger, like at age 13. Thanks for the help.

Its not uncommon to have elbow pain as a ball player. I do all the time. But start icing after you throe and use advil/ibuprofin to help with it and this may stop the pain all together. But if this continues for much longer or gets worse see your doctor you could have tendinitis

This happened to me when I was 13 and I had to sit a couple of games. I used an ace bandage to keep my elbow straight and it seemed to help
