Prerequisite for discrete mathematics?

All I know is pre-algebra and I must study discrete math before data structure and algorithms.

    Discrete Math is a course that often combines computer math, logical algebra, combinatorics, graph theory and other such topics.

    Most collegiate first courses in Discrete Mathematics have either College Algebra or Pre - Calculus as a prerequisite to the course.

    Knowledge of pre- algebra is indeed essential for success in Discrete Math.
