Transfer Songs From CD To IPod?

Hello, I have a CD with a few songs on it and I would like to know how to transfer it to my Ipod without deleting the songs I have on my Ipod now. I also have Windows 8, if that changes anything.

    Look for a free ripping software online, rip your CD to your computer, drop the songs into iTunes, then sync.
