"Too much of anything is not a good thing", this quote from the article will explain everything.
I've been smoking cigarettes and hookah for about 6 years, and I'm not proud of that at all, but sometimes I decide to stop cigarettes for more or less than a week, I really feel the positive difference physically and mentally.
We have a myth ( specially Arab countries ) that when you smoke Hookah for a one hour is like smoking one pack of cigarettes!
But when you are searching for a proof, you will find this is just a rumor!
Finally, I'm completely agree with this article
