0 Title, 0 Finals MVP's, 3 more MVP's ( So he would be at 5, instead of 4 today), 1 Finals Appearance, 2 conference finals appearances.

He certainly wouldn't have the two rings he has right now. The Cavaliers just aren't that great of an organization. They failed to put the right players around James for 8 years. He might of won the MVP though in 2011 thought instead of Derrick Rose if he stayed on the Cavaliers. So he could possibly have 5 MVP's right now but he certainly wouldn't have 2 rings, maybe 1, but 1 at the most.
