I can relate. I have spent a majority of my life in and out of.psychiatric facilities. When you are there, you feel safe and secure with no real world worries. However, there are challenges in life we all must face, no matter how hard or easy they may be. Try to find support from a friend or family member. Seek counseling. Eventually, with the right support you will learn how to deal with life's problems without needing to run from them. Face them head on. Tell them, you won't let them win. You can do it!! I know you can!! Trust God and trust yourself. It will be OK.

I know how you feel . I was sectioned for 6 weeks and when i left the hospital i started to miss it . My advise to you is just learn to accept being on the outside. Its hard , but soon you will forget all about the hospital.
