I transfered $60 to my cousin using the app but she says that she never received it. It says that it could take from 1-3 days in order for the transfer to be complete but it's already been 4 days. What's going on?
I know it I transfered it to her and not any other number because she says that she go a message about this transfer the day of the transfer but she deleted it....
What do we do?

Ask BofA obviously about the transfer. They have a 24/7 number.
