should yahoo be sued under the americans with disabilities act for there new mail?

telling a person that can hardly see to make there screen smaller just to use there email is bull. also if you have a free mail account then you have to pay yahoo if you want to use a different email address for your emails. I have used yahoo for years but now I have opened other accounts because of there new mail. I have 230 by 276 vision so making my screen small than 800 by 600 is just to small for me to read

8x6! YAY! I thought I was the last of such Mohicans! I actually prefer the 6x4, but -nothing- online and precious little off-line still works with that anymore. My stepson, however, likes the full-blown 20x15 and bigger - BUT! He adjusts the Font Sizes to make the Fonts as big as they appear on the 6x4, so that solves both his problems of easy-reading -and- full-content display.

and in case that's too 'indirectly'-'hinty', the facts you Can adjust the font size pretty-much undermines the ability to -win- such a suit.

    No.

You do not HAVE to use Yahoo mail.

You are free to use any mail service you want.

Yes, it is inconvenient, but what if Yahoo decide not to deliver in your State or country?

Very legal of them, but you would have to change mail providers.

This would be known as a frivolous lawsuit and probably be thrown out.
