The Food Channel is engaging in its prerogative to employ a broadcaster who has not alienated large sections of its audience. It's called capitalism.

I heard her on the radio apologizing for having made racist remarks.
I don't know what she has been saying but she got busted for it and taken off the air.
That's not "PC", it's just good business.
