Ways to loose weight?
So I'm 14, I know that's young t be worried about this but everyone around me is so skinny and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I'm not obese but I am a little overweight. My mum doesn't like the idea of me eating less or going to the gym or anything, she says I just am who I am but I want to loose some weight. I do use my mums cross trainer if she's out and I'm planning to start and Discreetly do some excersice in my room. The other problem I have is I have a bad back and I'm not aloud to do p.e says the doctor. So i need ideas that don't involve much back movement, i am trying not to snack as much at home but i like food so yanoo. If you have any ideas or anything about this I'd definantlty be happy to help answer your questions. Thankyou for reading this and possibly answering

Simply do not consume over 1300 calories. You do not need any exercise and you will lose weight. But this means you will be hungry, but there is no way to be thin and full. Unless you eat 3000 cals and burn 2000? Whats better a bit of hunger (which you can get used to) or causing a injury and being in pain as exercise isn't the funnest thing to do is it haha.

go for banana diet
1. Eat a banana for breakfast (you may eat more than one, the original dieter had 4 small ones for breakfast)
2. Eat normal Lunch and Dinner ( less oil n fat n less rice/noodles )
3. Sip water whenever you require ( 8 cups a day! )
4. Have an evening snack if you feel hungry ( fruits are the best choice )
5. Take the dinner before 8 pm
6. Go to bed earlier than midnight

Btw, don't listen too the person above me. Bannas are bad for you, and actually make you gain weight. read about it online.. and also. NO BREAD NO SUGAR ok, also you can have oatmeal for breakfast. or an egg. eggs give you lots of energy. and oatmeal is only 100 calories and fills you up till dinner! For lunch have cellery and penut butter. or just a bowl of fruits or veggies. supper you can have water. and crackers. but thats it! Also drink atleast 10 glasses of water a day. and go for a run. running and swimming helps your whole body lose weight

You have physical problems so you would be totally nuts for starting any work out program without first discussing it with your doctor! You should actually work with a physical therapist for at least for a couple visits so the therapist can show you exercises to achieve what you want without damaging your body.
