How can i reduce my weight?

I'm 16yrs old girl.. My hieght is 5'8" and my weight is 115kg... I lack stamina.. If I start exercising I get tired after 10 minutes... Will I ever look gorgeous? :( :'( Can I reduce my weight upto 55kg? If yes, then please suggest me some ways to reduce my weight and also suggest me diet for that...

Plzzzz solve my problem...I'll be highly thankful to you!

    In order to get stamina you need to start exercising on a daily basis. It doesn't have to be much but if you can do 10 mins a day for a week and then try and push yourself a bit more and do 11 mins a day and so on. Doing this over a course of a year and you will have dramatically improved your health.

    The diet issue should be customized towards your own personal preferences. Only eat foods that are fresh and not packaged. Sticking to just fruit, veggies, and lean meats should help. Calculate how many calories you need per day and then divide that number by 3 or 4 to determine how many calories to eat with each meal. Track your food, everything you eat with myfitnesspal.com and then use that as a guide to see how you can improve your diet.

    The fact that you desire to get fit shows that you should be able to do this. It is mostly mental barriers that hinder you in your fitness goals. Bashing through the barriers in your life will help you in other areas too. Just stick with it and soon you will have the body you desire.

    Reducing weight is not easy thing it is difficult at your stage.

    i am utkarsh 16 years old boy. My height is 6 feet and my weight 70 i am little fat but don't look two months ago i was 80 kgs. i lose my 10 kgs in last two months by simply doing rope skipping only for 10 minutes a day. u can reduce your in about 8 or 9 months. good luck after a year wou'll look sexy and gorgeous good luck. and some ideas more to you

    1. Avoid Slimming pills as available in the market. Those medicines are not the permanent solution.

    2. Avoid junk foods, sweets, pastrys, ice creams and processed food items.

    3. Intake of sugar and salt to be minimized.

    4. Fruits, vegetables and grains intake to be preferred towards everyday food as it contain fibre, which helps in internal purification and destroys toxins from the body.

    5. Drink plenty of water.

    Don't worry, you can reduce your weight upto 55kg but it will takes time. But you have to do these things, 1. Eat Fruits And Vegetables 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Eat Protein, you don't feel hungry 4. Catch Some Sleep 5. And the most important, Exercise Daily. I am sure, these will definitely be helpful for you.

    Everyone knows how to reduce weight, very few know how to implement..

    Exercise + diet is the only answer

    Diet does not mean you have to starve or something..just control eating outside and any kind of drinks, even those tropicana are no good..just make and eat everything at home only for next 3-4 months to see the change..(you wont become 55 in 3-4 months, but you will start liking yourself and your life)..

    Now Exercises

    You have to do 20% strength training and 80% cardio

    Strength training means lifting weights and using dumbell..dont worry you will not get muscles, and you will be girly only, but you will gain strength

    .

    Cardio means any excercise which can increases your heart rate..like running, cycling, swimming

    (swimming is my fav. as you dont feel tired and you gain flexibilty...stretching in water is really effective)

    So first do 10-15 min strength exercise and after that cardio..reason is difficult to explain..but do streength always first

    Yes u can certainly lose weight...i had a frnd who was 123 kgs and now he is fair 64 kgs ...the first thing u can do to reduce weight is stay positive and tell ur mind ..that yes ..i can lose weight ..u can start off with warm water with lemon and honey right in the morning ..that too empty stomach ! ;) then i am sure you can do some yoga..it will not only reduce your weight but also increase ur stamina and prevent other health problems ;) start off with power yoga..3 months guaranteed weight loss ;) surya namaskar is also a very good option ;) i hope all this helps and i am very excited to see you in the victoria's secret's 2-piece bikini ;) lol ..good luck ;)

    Ok.. I am a teen too and your weight can be reduced by eating 3 times a day and not filling your stomach.. Walkin for 30 mins in the evening with your friends everyday and avoiding junk food.. This is the best way if u dont wanna excercise

    there is not a single way to reduce weight. you have to do all things.

    1) proper diet, no less no more, no oily food, fast, chinese food

    2) morning walk, jogging is best way to reduce weight. you might join gym. dont start exercising at home because it is boring, will nt give u regularity. if u feel tired or bored while exercising then dnt force with yrself, you should find the way hw can u make it intrestng ex. you do this with yr friend mean if you have a friend or yr group then u wil nt get bored or tired easily

    3) most important than any rule ............. you dnt have to feel tht you are fat.. yes u must believe that you are slim, you are reducing weight, I knw its hard to. believe bt its correct if you think tht u r nt becoming slim, seriously nothing will help you, if you nt believe on me... read the book 'the secret' by rhonda byrne... nd keep patience, it might take 6 month to 1 year

    Your height is very good. You just need to lose weight. So focus on more proper diet.

    Make sure that you don’t skip your breakfast. By starting your day with breakfast you will have managed hunger throughout the day. It helps to evenly spread your hunger and manages your appetite. It has been found that people who have healthy and regular breakfast stand brighter chances to lose weight.

    Experts are of the view that starving does not help to reduce weight. If you want to lose weight then make sure that you don’t skip your meals. You should not be empty stomach for more than five hours.

    Maintain an active lifestyle. Take the stairs instead of elevators, walk to your bus stop or do your household chores yourself. If your schedule doesn’t permit you to be active then a minimum of thirty minutes of exercise is necessary.

    Running Everyday is the best way to reduce fatness. Make sure that lots of sweat comes out from your body but don't over-run in just one day. Just run regularly.

    If you don't have diabetes disease or skin disease, following are the best ways to start:

    (1) Avoid Food Which Contains Fat and Sugar.

    (2)Drink Lots of Milk Everyday three times or more. It will REALLY give you stamina.
