Asics Kayano? Good? Bad?
Are the asics Kayano good shoes? I've seen good reviews on the website. I wanted to get a real life answer. I run about 12 miles a week and I am about 88lbs and I'm 4'8. Are these the shoes for me?

I have black and purple ones and I love them! But it all depends on how they fit you...I'm 6'0 and 156lbs and I run like 3 miles weekly
