Is collection 2000 gel eyeliner safe to put on the waterline of your eye?
I've started using gel eyeliner as it is really good and doesnt smudge or fade and it stays on really well but I put it on both my waterlines (top and bottom) I just don't know if it's safe or not. Is any gel eyeliner safe to put on your waterline?

first of all ALL eyeliners EXCEPT pencil/kohl eyeliners are safe for your waterline.
but since you've already done it... i'm not sure if you are actually allowed to do that :/ i tried liquid when i first began makeup and it kinda stung since i wasn't supposed to.
