Is gel eyeliner safe to put on your waterline?
I've started using gel eyeliner ( I use collection 2000) as gel is really good and doesnt smudge or fade and it stays on really well but I put it on both my waterlines (top and bottom) I just don't know if it's safe or not. Is any gel eyeliner safe to put on your waterline?

people do do it, but i find it doesnt last long as its more closer to the eye itself and just smudges, esp cause the eye is moist and gel more slimey than pencil

There is nothing wrong with putting gel liner on your waterline. I have done it for a few years now. A good product is the Maybelline Eyestudio gel line. You can pick it up at your local drug stores. They several different colours
