I've been with them for years. They have a low income discount. They will send you the paperwork. If you have land line like I do there may be a $5.00 monthly charge for long distance showing on your bill. They had a supervisor take care of that and it was removedpermanently. I use a cell for long distance. If there are ever any "3rd party" charges that pop up on your bill you can have those permanently blocked and I did. If you have internet either "upgrade or downgrade" to get the best deal. I've done both and don't notice the speed change. On my landline I have the cheapest package...no frills. And lastly..when you call AT&T ask for the RETENTION DEPT. They are wonderful and are able to do so much more for you. My total monthly bill for landline and internet is $20.00

For cell phone I use an AT&T Go Phone. You can get them at the AT&T Store or online. They start at $20. I pay $100 a year for a ton of minutes and they roll over each year.

My cable is Comcast. I pay $22 a month for Limited Basic. I don't know about AT&T cable.

The last time I talk to them they said NO, but you can always call them and ask if they have something for fixed income subscribers.

No, but if your income is a certain amount you can get Lifeline discount.
