Well here is one Dream of Mine that I have had since I was 16 can anyone say this can be done?

Yes, it can be done. If you possibly can, you should visit the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. It contains 8.5 million gallons of water and over 500 species of marine life. You might even want to consider getting a job there to gain experience in working with such a large project.
