I ordered my ATM card on Tuesday when should I receive it in the mail?

The lady said she would be mailing it out right away. When can I expect it to arrive in the mail (I know July 4th there is no mail service).

    Allow 10 business days -- weekends and holidays don't count. With the 4th of July holiday, you can expect the mail service to be slower than normal.

    Often it is in 7 to 14 days.
