i have cable and I cant get a DVR. Is there anything else I can get so I can record tv?

I am in a park and they provide tv only. What can I get so I can record tv when im not there. Please help my husband is driving me crazy.

    Get a device known as a capture card, they range anywhere from 5-300 dollars, however if you want to record shows and have good audio and video quality I recommend the dazzle dvc 100. I used it for about a year before I got an hd capture card. But if you're watching cable then the dazzle should be perfect for you. It's only 20 bucks on eBay and all you need is a laptop or computer to hook it up to.

    Yes it is called a tv tuner card for your pc or laptop so you can watch and record tv and if you buy the good one like mine you get remote control too So you can sit back and watch tv and even turn it off by remote ,I recommend that
