Hey I just got contact lenses yesterday, I have the soft ones and today I put them in myself for the first time. The one on the right side is fine, the one on the left feels slightly irritated every minute or two. Last week I got my first ever pair of contact lenses. I had a session where a so called "expert" was supposed to show me how to put them in.
