Whats a good workout schedule?

Okay so im trying to find a solid workout routine. My weight and all is fine im just trying to get more healthy and maybe build a little muscle. I have no equipment such as weights im mainly focusing on push ups pull ups and sit ups and running of course i havent worked out since highschool and im just wandering whats a good schedule to get into.

    If you are doing after long time walk 2 mile and do dance 30 min and then if you have stair walk on it do push up and youtube have 1 hour without things workout
