what percentage of the dwarf planet Ceres is ice?

We have a probe on the way to Ceres now, which will be orbiting in a couple of years, at which time we hope to know more about that dwarf planet than we do now. We do *not* know that it consists of 83% water or ice, so if you are writing a report, disregard that. Astronomers speculate that it may be about one quarter water, if you have any confidence in NASA's website over the highly precise figure given by an anonymous Internet poster, at least.
