i want to know the simple rice recipie as my mother had gone outside for some work and i want to surprise him by making rice

ok cool this is a very easy recipe of rice which works well for me every single time so try it out and let me know how it turned out.
ingredients:
rice 2 cups (cooked)
carrots(finely chopped) 1/4 cup
cabbage(finely chopped) 1/4 cup
capsicum(finely chopped) 1/4 cup
chilli vinegar 2 tsp
soy sauce 1 tsp
1 chopped green chilly
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
oil 2 tsp
salt
pepper
ajinomoto/china salt (totally optional)
spring onions
method:
heat the oil and add a spoonful of ginger garlic paste (it will splutter so stay a little away from the stove) add green chillies and cabbage fry for one minute add carrots and fry till the veggies are still crisp, add capsicum and cooked rice. Mix well and add vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper and ajinomoto turn off the stove and add chopped spring onions. serve! your very own fried rice is ready!

Rinsing rice helps get rid of any starch and impurities. Rinse until the water is clear and not cloudy.For every cup of long grain rice, add 1 1/2 cups water.Bring the rice to a boil, uncovered, at medium heat.When the rice is boiling, turn the heat down to medium low. Place the lid on the pot, tilting it to allow steam to escape.After the rice has been cooking for a few minutes, check for holes or "craters."When you can see the holes or craters, put the lid on tight. Turn the heat down to low.Simmer the covered rice for another 15 minutes. Fluff it up with a fork and serve hot.

Ingredients:
4 cups water
2 cups uncooked white rice
Preparation:
1.In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to boil. Add rice, stir with a fork to ensure rice is level and and covered in water.
2.Cover and reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.

Simple rice preparation: One cup rice and two cups water. Rinse rice and keep aside for 10 minutes. Boil water and add washed rice grains to it and continue boiling for next 10 minutes or till it is cooked and turns soft. Eat this with little salt and desi ghee and pickle. It tastes wonderful.

Fried rice You can get as creative as you want with fried rice (like adding chicken), but here are the basics to get you started Ingredients 1 - 2 green onions, as desired 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste 4 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, or as needed 4 cups cold cooked rice 1 to 2 tablespoons soy sauce or oyster sauce, as desired Method Wash and finely chop the green onion. Lightly beat the eggs with the salt and pepper. Heat a wok or frying pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. When the oil is hot, add the eggs. Cook, stirring, until they are lightly scrambled but not too dry. Remove the eggs and clean out the pan. Add 2 tablespoons oil. Add the rice. Stir-fry for a few minutes, using chopsticks or a wooden spoon to break it apart. Stir in the soy sauce or oyster sauce as desired. When the rice is heated through, add the scrambled egg back into the pan. Mix thoroughly. Stir in the green onion. Serve hot.

My Mexican rice which is just rice i fill the oil top it's about 1tbsp of oil and I add 2cups of rice let it fry a but until it gets browned then add a cup of water and add 1tablespoon of tomato bouillon and stir it and let that boil once the rice begins to rise and you see it needs more cooking add more water in small amounts untill the rice soaks up all the water and appears full and cooked

Preparing rice is very simple . Boil water then pour rice in boil water and keep watching that after 15 minutes your rice ready for eat

Simply wash the rice first.. and then put the rice into the cooker and add water in it. The quantity of water should be double to that of the rice and then cook it on the stove.

take one measure of rice wash it and add two measures of water in a vessal.
put one cup of water in presure cooker then put the rice vessal in cooker. put the weait
keep it on fire .after first wizel reduse fire to sim and put off stove after five mintues
remove the vessal from cooker after when it is cooled. rice will be ready to eat.
