dogs do not have the same views on sex as humans do
they do not care if they are "virgins"
they really do not need or want sex, unless the sence a female in heat.
they do not mate for pleasure.. its pureley for instincts and to reproduce.
dogs really do not get that much pleasure from sex.. its can be uncomfortable, and the tie position leaves them in a vulnerable state.
once your dog has mated, he will more likely develop behavoirs you DONT want, like humping and marking.
Neuter him

You DON'T!!! Just because he's KC registered only means his breeder registered the litter. This is NO indication as to his quality. He needs to be fully tested for all the problems within the breed before you remotely consider allowing him to be used at stud, and even if he passes all the requirements, you should never allow him to mate with any b itch who hasn't also been fully tested and has quality. And that's only the start. If he's shown, and attracts interest because he's outstanding, then you will have other breeders, maybe, interested in using him.
However, you say he's 'a virgin'. Fair enough - and he should remain that way. Once you have let him be used at stud, he will start bitching - looking for the next one who if he is just a pet, won't be there. The owner of a stud dog is 50% responsible for any puppies he sires.
This is NOT the way to get into breeding - by a long way and the very fact you are using words like 'get my dog sex' and 'he is a virgin' suggests you probably have a lovely pet dog, who should stay that way.

I live in the UK and have rescued to many pups from the likes of you, my GSD is'nt bothered that he has'nt had sex and he never will have so he can get used to it. Your dog is really handsome so why not enter him into local shows and you've done a great job with him, listen my friend these dogs only live to be about 9 years of age so enjoy him and forget about mating him, my dog is KC registered and from Champion Working Dogs and he still won't be seeing any action.

It does not matter what his kennel club registry is.
Your reasoning for wanting him to breed is outrageous.
Once your dog has been with a female, he will want to be with one every chance he gets.
So he will start trying to escape your yard and house.
Having him neutered reduces the chances of cancer in male dogs
