I would suggest fishing, mining, or skilling in general. It sounds like you have pretty high stats so check the G.E. and see the best prices. If your more combat i would suggest killing lesser demons and hellhounds at wilderness volcano if you have high skills or cockroaches under edgevill.

I merchant, very easy but gives no EXP.

Another way I made money was buying Muddy Keys and opening the chest in the Lava Maze in the wilderness it is safer now because no Revenants will kill you and no one is usually at the Wildy. Use the Key on the chest and you get an Uncut Ruby, Anchovy Pizza, Coins, Mithril Bar and Mithril Dagger (Alch the Dagger). Check prices on G.E to see how profitable this is.

Last method is to mine Adamantite in Wilderness because no competition and lots of it. Only Hobgoblins will be annoying so just make sure you are high enough level to tank them
