the little noise you said... i've heard it many times before from my 2 - it's nothing to worry about - it basically him saying "get out, this is my space, MY cage...." just like us bunnies have "Personal spaces" too...
Humping is part of growing up, get him neutered, it'll calm him down, and make him a much camler and easier to handle - my boy actually used to lunge forward - growl at me... and bite me... after getting him done... after a couple of weeks, he was like a different rabbit, i could pick him up and cuddle him :)
Licking is a sign of affection, my girl used to do it... now it's rare, i wouldn't worry, just like us rabbit go through fazes, and some last - my prev rabbit Holly - a male Lop X, used to lick me everyday, even up to the day before he died... it was 1/2 hearted, but it was if he was saying "goodbye" .... humping too, but i stopped him doing this...

Teenagers go through the whole humping stage too yaknow, it's gone through puberty and growing up. If you're still worried go see a vet.
