CB-1 weight gain pills?

I am 16 year old boy, I weigh 122 pounds and I am quite skinny for my age. The main reason I am thinking about using these is for my small wrists/arms and legs. Should I use them? Have you heard any positive reviews about it? Thanks.

    hey Thomas

I've never heard of them but as with supplements their bound to be rip off load of crap

Best rule of thumb when looking at supplements is that if their banned they work and if their not then they are crap

If it says on the side of the bottle or box that the benefit claims have not been tested and proven by the FDA then you know for sure its a pack of lies

But to help you with your issue I would suggest that you get some digestive enzymes and take them when you eat. They will help you better and faster digest your food and thus help you want to eat more thus grow more. Gotta eat big to get big bro

I personally tried cb-1 and it did not work for me. Not only that, it caused me a lot of headaches and stomach pains which made me fall sick even more often than usual. What I suggest if you are looking to gain weight on your extremities is to do so by eating a high carbohydrate diet many times a day, sleep well and do the right exercise. If you live in the US, you will realize that it is a local product that is not approved by the FDA.

A high carbohydrate diet in my personal experience is to eat 3/4 of your normal size meals but do it 6 times a day. Make sure that you have at least 50% of it coming from carbohydrates like potatoes, pasta, noodles, biscuits, rice and bread for all your meals. This will provide you with enough calories to help you to gain weight steadily despite your high metabolism rate.

However, diet is only one pillar you need to get right. You will also need to sleep well every night to prevent unnecessary calorie lost. What I suggest is that you look into turning in 30 minutes ahead of the time you usually do so that you can wake up slightly ahead of your alarm clock, thus ensuring that you get the maximum sleep your body needs without being abruptly interrupted by the alarm.

Lastly, you need to lift weights or do exercise that provides you with strength. It is a simple logic really. The more weight you can bear, the easier it is for your body to gain as it gets accustomed to the weight you need. This means you need to look into lifting heavy weights for a short period of time for your workout.

Source(s): I was in your situation before and it was not easy to gain weight. I did so by eating a high carbohydrate diet, sleeping well and doing the right exercise. I have documented everything I do each day on my blog so that I will stay on track.
