A pint is 16 ounces which is two cups. Measure 1/3 cup twice and there you are. Or measure 2/3 of a cup.

A pint is 16 ounces. So, 1/3 pint is 5-1/3 ounces, or just over a quarter cup (1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons).
