simple morphing software advice?

Hello,

I wish to morph a 2d heart into another 2d object.

Any ideas how I can do this quickly and simply?

I could do it by hand but the animation will takes ages and really I want something which has lots of features like image morph and is easy to use.

Currently I am using adobe photoshop 7 and image ready for animation but it does not seem to have any special features.

Please advise.
