How to convert this simple recipie for bread?

Hi! I saw a recipie on FaceBook for jalapeno bread BUT the recipie calls for 2 cans of biscuits and to cook in a bundt pan. I think Bisquick would taste better. I don't know how to convert one to another, any ideas? The recipie calls for peppers, Mexican cheese and Jimmy Dean sausage...have looked online and don't quite see a recipie for this. Thank you

Update:

Thankyou Lotusdel and Kathleen, I had a "duh" moment and that is surely the trick to that conversion. Sorry, about too tired to think straight after todays festivities :)

How many biscuits are in two cans of biscuits? A dozen? Two dozen? Then that's the batch size you need to make.

Look at the recipes on the box. They will tell you the yield.

So ummmm what you waiting for? Don't need my permission. Thelevel of difficulty increases but so too does the amount of love. Instead of using pre-made niscuits you want to go for a sorta home-madebiscuit. Just form the biscuits according to Bisquick's directions for biscuits and then follow the second recipe for your jalapeno monkey bread. Um yeah. You're making monkey bread. The style you suggested automatically makes me think of http://allrecipes.com/recipe/monkey-bread-i/ . It's great for get togethers with friends and pulls right apart.

Either way you slice it your recipe is for biscuits whether they are in a can or in a Bisquick box they are each biscuits. There is not conversion necessary going from biscuit to biscuit. .Just not sure what you're asking or what you want. You say convert a simple recipe for BREAD. You then say you think Bisquick would be better which is not a bread.

i found the final cornbread recipe on the decrease back of the corn meal mixture bag, relatively. the undemanding recipe is this: 2 cups of Self-becoming Yellow Corn Meal mixture a million a million/4 cups of milk a million egg a million/4 cup shortening selection stir-ins: a million/2 cup Shredded Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese a million/4 - a million/2 cup salsa (use your judgement as to how lots you like) a million/2 White Corn, drained Preheat the over to 4 hundred. positioned the shortening in an 8-inch around baking pan (i take advantage of my Pampered Chef around baker - no longer a forged iron skillet - and that works super). place the pan with the shortening in it interior the oven to permit the shortening soften. Stir together the milk and the egg, and then mixture that into the corn meal mixture. Stir till each and all of the corn meal is blended in. in case you % to characteristic different issues, like the cheese or corn, stir that for the period of now. eliminate the pan from the oven as quickly as the shotening has melted and is commencing to bubble somewhat around the perimeters (approximately 5 minutes interior the nice and comfortable oven). Pour your cornbread mixture into the nice and comfortable greased pan; (the mixture could sizzle somewhat once you upload it to the pan, or the melted shortening could seem to chop up the mixture somewhat, etc - do no longer complication approximately that, that is going to be ok.) Then in the present day return to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or till accomplished. Serve warm with butter melted over. Yum! that is an excellent recipe and it is so straightforward. I upload the cheese or corn if i'm desirous to something distinctive than straightforward cornbread. The Pepper Jack cheese and salsa is nice sized to characteristic in case you % a spicier cornbread.
