    Alright when the twankies come out get yourself a whole mess of those

    some 2 litre bottles of pop specifically Mountain Dew and find yourself a nice spot on the couch and load up netflix and watch 6 tv series fully within 4 days...remember no exercise and also hook up a port o potty and a catheter
