I am a senior citizen and like to play Mahjongg, Alchemy and word games online.?

I don't understand how some people can get nearly impossible (in my opinion) scores. In some word games some players have triple the scores of most others. Do they use special equipment? I'm just using a regular PC and mouse. How can they get such high scores. I feel that I am missing out on some secret here.

    With the Internet, you can cheat.

    Like scrabble, you can enter your letters, and the Internet will give you all the words that can be made using those letters.
