HELP!! Alone in Canada for 3 days?

My friend and her family from canada invited me to go there with them. Theyre already there. The thing is, I bought my ticket for July 10th and they can't pick me up until the 13th. Therefore, I would have to be myself in Toronto for three days!! I'm only 15. The hotels are very expensive so I would have to stay at a hostel and that scares me. Changing the ticket is too expensive, what Can I Do???!

Because you are a minor, there might be a problem entering Canada without an adult to either travel with you or meet you at the airport. Click on the first source link I posted below.

If you are allowed into Canada, contact the Traveler's Aid Society at (416) 366-7788. According to their web site at the second source link I posted below, they offer free services to the traveling public such as "Finding hostel, bed and breakfast, hotel, motel, and emergency accommodations"

You could stay with a homestay family for the three days. Try researching "Toronto Homestays" and contact them to see if you can arrange a homestay for only three days. Explain your situation and that it is an emergency.

Or you could change your airline ticket to arrive on the 13th.

    Good luck.

Your friend and her family are taking you to Canada? You arranged your own transportation?

You are going at a time not expected? You will not be leaving the Immigration area of the Airport if you do not have a responsible ADULT that is responsible for you. You will not be leaving the Airport if you do not have arrangements for where you will sleep.

Your parents have approved this? They expect you to fend for yourself?

Your story does not sound credible.

Ask your parents to help you arrange something else.
