I doubt it, surprisingly AMC and OLTL has cooled off, it is now down to, two days a week, writers have been fired and new ones hired in just the short period of time that it has started up, with a soap on just two days, it's kind of hard to get into.

I can hardly wait to see what is going to happen with the soaps I watch from day to day and to think the ones I watch would only be on twice a week would be hard to take.

Well I definitely will. I'm still going thru withdrawal from losing my shows. I had 40 years invested in watching those shows. And most people have cable today anyway. The cable people here said that in the next couple of years, eerything will be digital, so OWN will probably wind up as part of expanded basic.

Sure they will - their loyal fans will especially if they have access to OWN (Oprah's network). Just a few days a week is better than nothing. Used to watch Dallas, Knots Landing, Dynasty - all night time soaps and that was just once a week.

  • I doubt it, since her network is a paid channel you would have to subscribes for that package deal and would cost more anyway.

I think those soaps lost their lusters..
