How to remove ICSPA virus ( preferably free)?

I got a lot of website telling me to use their virus removing program after going in widows safe mode with networking , but my computer is already infected and I can't get the program on that computer even if I was willing to pay.

If there is no way to get rid of it for free, can anyone suggest me to a site where the product I buy is actually used to get rid of the virus; not just a scam I pay and receive nothing.

    This is free.

    This covers checking for a virus. If needed, to recover your files and restore it back to factory setting.

    First thing to try is to run RKill. The first link below discusses how it works. The second discusses some of the ransomware viruses it will remove. You will need another puter to download RKill and malwarebytes. You will need both of them on a thumb drive, DVD or a CD. Read the instruction carefully on how to use the programs together.

    If all else fails you will need to try to recover your data and files. Go to the link below and read on how to download a Linux Live CD to boot the system to recover what you want. If you have a Windows 8 puter then you need to turn of secure boot before using the CD. The live CD will also allow you to check out the rest of the puter. It helps to have a thumb drive or a external drive to copy your data and files to.

    After you get your data backed up you can restore it back to factory settings. When you press the power button start tapping the F key that is for your puter and the BIOS menu will open. Select the recovery and it will set your puter back to factory settings. Depending on your puter this will take one to two hours.

    Manufacturers BIOS menu F key

    HP/Compaq ESC

    Sony F2

    ASUS Del

    Gateway, eMachines F10

    Acer, Dell, Fijitsu, Gigabyte, Toshiba F12

    Your BIOS menu should look something like this. Yours might be different. I am posting this to give you an idea of what it looks like.

    F1 = System Info

    F2 = System Diagnostic

    F9 = Boot Device options

    F10 = BIOS Setup

    F11 = System recovery

I did not design it, I did not build it, I did not break it, but I am the one who can fix it. What that means is that I have spent a life time taking these things apart and seeing how they are made. The difficult we do right away, the impossible just takes a little longer. I hear voices, so please be quite so I can listen to them.

    If the infection allows you to boot to Safe Mode with Networking, try this…otherwise look further down for an alternative procedure:

    Firstly, boot your computer to the Safe Mode menu screen.

    To do this with Windows 8, this link should prove useful. Once there, enable Safe Mode with Networking. If you run another version of Windows, ignore the link and keep reading:

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/start-wi...

    You do this by repeatedly pressing F8 as soon as you boot up. Once there, use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode with Networking. Continue to boot from there, by pressing Enter. You will now see some drivers being loaded. There will be a pause at some point. This usually lasts for no more than 30 seconds.

    If that’s successful, open your browser, copy and paste this link into the address bar and press Enter. It's a direct download for RKill. Save it to your desktop, then run it. It takes just a minute to run. As it's running, any remaining desktop icons will vanish for a few seconds. When the notepad report is displayed, just close it.

    RKill SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THE INFECTION(S) FROM RUNNING, BUT IT WON'T HAVE REMOVED IT / THEM.

    Now open your browser and copy and paste this link into the address bar, and press Enter. It's a direct download for the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM). Install it, get updates and run a full scan (still in Safe Mode):

    http://www.myantispyware.com/mbam

    You should now delete RKill, as updated versions are often made available. Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware is easy to uninstall, but it may prove to be beneficial in the future.

    After this, try rebooting normally. If that's successful, I recommend you run another full scan with MBAM. It will detect malware that wasn't running in Safe Mode.

    If your Safe Mode options are disabled...

    These procedures should remove any type of ransomware, but for future reference be aware that the West Yorkshire Police variant encrypts some files. That requires a different approach, which involves removal and decryption.

    Try this:

    Use a working computer to download HitmanPro.Kickstart to a flash drive. You then boot the infected computer to the flash drive.

    Hope this helps.
