Is minecraft pocket edition worth it?

I don't know i don't have it but instead of asking people on the internet you should get it and try it have your own opinion of it so what it's not that big of a deal or get the free version and try it.

Minecraft pe isn't up-to-date with the pc version since it came out a few years after the pc version came out. You'll be missing out on a lot of features and updates the pc version has right now but since you have an ipad and not a computer than yes Minecraft pocket edition is worth getting.

I recently started playing both PC and Pocket Edition. I have found that pocket edition works well as a sort of tutorial for me. In PC you have to know or figure out recipes to make stuff, but in pocket edition, if you have the right ingredients on you, the recipe just appears. That way I find new stuff to try to craft on PC. I have not played multiplayer yet, so I don't know if one is better for that.

Pocket edition is much different from the PC/Xbox 360 versions. It reminds me of a light version of them because of the features it is missing. But it is fun, and because it's cheaper I believe it's worth it.

I guess you should get the Pocket Edition if you only have a laptop. I couldn't get 20 FPS on super low in Minecraft on a laptop.

Pc is way better. Xbox is limited and pe is very limited. Pc is the best pc and xbox are 20$ and pe is 7$ the good thing about pe is that you can download on any device you already have.

In my opinion Sorta. Because it is just playing with a friend that is if they have the game as well. And its still having updates so you have to wait to get the featured you have on the minecraft pc game.

The pocket edition feels way behind the times. There's no redston and the map is like only 200 blocks wide.
