Im trying to lose some flab and gain muscle but I find it difficult to get into the zone. Like sometimes I'll work out daily for 2 weeks and make good progress but other times I won't do anything for the same amount of time.

Ask a friend to help. Maybe even be your own friend and write something to yourself. Always think that if you stop now then your gonna have to start all over again. Its can take more than 3 months to experience drastic changes so dont give up!

Google image search your height and ideal weight and save those pictures.
