Minecraft PermissionsEx Ranks not appearing in-game but the permissions still work?

Hi, I really need some help. I made a minecraft server with GroupManager, modified it and then ranks completely stopped working. I switched to PermissionsEx and the permissions were great, only in-game you can't see who's a mod or who's the owner anymore. I am wondering if there's a plugin or something that I could add? Or maybe a change in my permissions? My permissions.yml is:
