Lower right back pain, help!?
Okay so lately my right lower back has been hurting. Yes I workout and go to the gym but i really dont know if it was because of lifting because the actual back pain had started when I got out of school. It isn't major pain like I can walk, workout, do anything but its just pain thats there. I don't know what it is but it feels somewhat better then it did a week ago since I have taken a week out of the gym. I'd love to see what others have to say before going to the doctor.

I actually got the same problem. Just go to a Chiropractor. Trust me it helps. Than put some icy hot patches on your back, you'll feel alot better.
