Nvidia GTX 650 TI compatible with Asrock N68 VS3 FX?

So, will it work?

I currently have one PCI-E port.

My current graphics card is a GT640 2GB (Nvidia), taking up one port.

Installed next to my graphics card is a wireless TP link card. (PCI)

Is it possible I can install a GTX 650 TI to replace my current GT 640 without getting in the way of the TP-Link wireless card chip ?

Also, I've heard if you buy a card with two fans, you need two fan headers, is this true?

My current card only has one fan built into it, and so I will need to check if I have any free fan headers available.

Thanks in advance.

Update:

@George.

Thanks for that.

I am aware it was a lower end board.

I am currently maxed out on the RAM front, using 8GB DDR3 at I believe 1633 mhz... may be 1033 mhz..

On the CPU front I have an AMD FX-4100 Quad Core CPU running at 3.6GHZ.. although it can be overclocked.

Update 2:

EDIT:

I have a 500Watt Power Supply Unit.

I would imagine that would be capable?

false info about needing fan headers and usually its fine

what you need to find out is your gpu gt 640 a duel slot or single slot card if single then you need a single card slot graphics card and the 650 ti have none

    e.g single slot card 7770

make sure power supply is at least 500w or 550w

You have a PCIe x16 slot so yes it can take it and it should bee enough space for that "double wide" card...however...its a rather "low end" board, which leads me to ask, do you have a better than 400W PSU? Are you running a higher end dual core or quad core? You have a max of 8GB ram..are you maxed out?

All video card with fans (weather 1, 2, or 3 fans) are powered off the video card...you don't need "mother board headers" for the video card fans.
