The game Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag has many collectors chest, I will buy one from flipkart.com ... I wanted to ask that do they contain the game DVD also?

Third party retailers may have different options available but if you mean the game disc itself, yes it should. Pre-ordering the game WITH all the extra perks. It's be best to contact the retailer and ask for specifics so you won't be cheated my friend :)
