¿necesito la ayuda de alguien experto/a en reposteria?

bueno, tengo 1500 ml de leche (1 ltro y medio) un tarro pequeno de crema de avellana (tiene una consistencia como la mantequilla de mani), entonces necesito saber para esta cantidad de ingredientes cuantas yemas de huevo, cuanta fecula de maiz y cuanta azucar necesito tomando en cuenta que la crema de avellanas es dulce.

y el procediemiento a seguir y como cuantos profiteroles podria rellenar con la crema resultante
