Signed a one year contract with hypnosis clinic for weight loss?
What they said in the beginning nothing like that is happening and it's been almost 6 months. I have told them to cancel the contract they said they can not do that. Is m having personal issue because I am not loss inch weight but loosing my money. Before they said 100% guareented weight loss now they r saying even I don't loose in one year I can come back for many sessions as I want. So basically they lie to me just to get me into the contract. I know I shouldn't have but they have a clinic what they were saying sounded so good and true that I believed them. Now I need help anyone who can help I would really apperciate what should I do? If I don't pay he said he will sent my info to collection.
The contract is just a piece of paper which says my name and address and in the bottom in small It says it is a contract doesn't says time limit but it says u can't cancel it.

First read the contract you signed. What does it say exactly?
(edit)
It's not much of a contract if it doesn't lay out any details, it might hold up as reasonable evidence in court but I rather doubt it, businesses are expected to use properly formatted contracts.
If the contract does not state that there is a penalty for canceling (ie, breaching the contract) then what I would do is offer to pay for this month and then just stop further payments. What have you got to lose? The person running the clinic can take you to court (small claims) but at worst you'll just have to pay the remainder for the sessions you're not going to use anyway.
Incidentally, hypnotherapy for weight-loss is entirely a placebo effect so I'm hardly surprised if it doesn't work. While the hypnotherapist may not consciously intend any deception or fraud, hypnosis itself is a crock.
If you want to lose weight, you have to balance "mind, body and soul" That is to say you need the right mental discipline + good diet & exercise + meeting your emotional needs. Attempting to fix your body alone is doomed to failure if you are depressed and miserable. It can be a vicious circle but on the other hand if you can improve yourself in one of those three areas it makes it easier to work on the other two.
Keep it simple and go for a walk or a cycle ride everyday and you'll feel more physically energized which in turn will make it easier to eat a healthy diet. Even the smallest amount of exercise on a daily basis will do wonders for your health even if you don't feel it the same day; it may take one or two days before the benefit "catches up" with you.
