Car accident question!!?
Okay so I was involved in a car accident Monday night, I was not at fault. I got rear ended. Police was called, and he took down all of our information. He never told us to exchange info or anything, the only thing he gave me was a case #? He didnt give me a police report. Now i dont know if the other person was insured. What should I do??

You have a case number. Go to the police and get a copy of the report. This isn't rocket science.

Go to the police station and request a police report. It might cost a few dollars, but it should tell you what you need to know.
