What are these purple bumps inside my vagina?

Not meaning to be so gross but I'm seriously concerned! I can't go to the doctor either. They hurt and they are kinda rough and swollen.. Very purple like a blood blister but I think they're spreading. I thought it was a pimple so tried to pop it and it hurt so bad and nothing was happening how do I treat it and what could it be?!

    Sorry, I really I can't help you much. But why can't you go to the doctor? I would definitely reconsider if I were you.

    Are you sexually active? If yes, then it could be a STD.
