Long story short. We went on a walk and when passing another dog that dog got logos and charged my dog . My dog now has 3 punctures on his chest and shoulder area along with two on his face now my boy is a pretty big boxer mix and doesent seem to be in pain but I'm worried about infection but don't have money for the vet. I have cleaned the wounds but is that good enough ....

Money's good enough for your internet connection. But not for your dog's injuries.
If the puncture wound is more than 1/4 inch deep you need a vet
If not use soap and water and clean the wounds. 2-3 times a day use alcohol free witch hazel, normal saline solution, or colloidal silver to flush the wounds then put antibiotic ointment on. Do not try to close them they need to drain.
No amoxicillin without at least SPEAKING to a vet over the phone that's free.
