Of course that Samsung Galaxy S2 having de 1.2 GHz micro processor is faster as is has two cores. A dual core processor is a CPU with two separate cores on the same die, so It's the equivalent of having two microprocessors in one. each one with its own CACHE memory (check the following link for more info about what CPU cache is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cache_memory).
Good luck!!!!!
