friend constantly insults me to feel better about himself?

So he has been doing it so long and I have not said much about it, but he has gotten away with this too long, and I could never imagine my self insulting other people like he does, He does it in ways that he can hide the insult such as:

Apparently according to him my 120 / 70 blood pressure is way too high, and his 90 / 55 is perfect!

I got a job? I was probably the only one that applied to the job

apparently having 2-3 small pimples means I have 40 according to him

He also mimics me as a ''joke'' if i squint when i look at the sun he mocks me and copies it

He was also makes fat ''jokes'' like if i take 2 crackers as a sample in a store, then he ''CAN'T BELIEVE IT!''

He is also a know it all - AT EVERYTHING I bought us McDonald's and I buy one mcbistro, and he buys 2 value menu burgers, and apparently I got ripped off, and when I say no, He tries to make me think I have got ripped off, like he won't stop, he will say ''Yeah, I've tried that burger before, they aren't filling at all, I can eat 4 of them'' Its like he tries to be more superior than I am, He acts better than me, and he indirectly insults me,

Him: want to hang out tomorrow?

Me: Sorry, I can't I got a new job

Him: Really? You where probably the only one that applied, why would he hire a 14 year old to work in a bar?

Me:Why do you always make rude comments

Him: I don't I just say the truth or what I think

This is what he always does! and he makes me look like the bad guy for bringing this up, But he knows what he is doing but he pretends like he is just being honest, and he tries to make me feel bad, WHY? is this normal?!
