I want to get my teeth whiter and have healthy teeth and gums?
So I know to brush everyday, 2 times a day 2-3 mins each. I would like to know really good products I could buy from the drug store. Secondly I would like to know some healthy foods I can eat or anything in general to prevent any stains and to help my gums. I just want my mouth to be healthy! Thanks!

Just use whitening toothpaste. I use crest optic white and its fantastic! you can also get the coordinating crest optic white mouthwash and whitening strips.
