Should I give up?? 10 points!!!?
Im 20, never been in a real relationship. All I want to do is settle down and what not. The girl I loved and was with 9 months decided to go off and do her own thing (travel etc) without any warning or even her talking to me about it. After that Im very cautious about Dating because that hurt. And theres alot of other things that have happened in my life that has made me very cautious about relationships.
Now to my questions: Should I give up on dating all together? how do I be happy while feeling lonely and stuck?? What if no one else dates me? How do I pretend to be happy when life sucks?? What do I do if Im simply not meant to get married and have kids etc?? how do I find enjoyment out of life knowing I have no one to share it with?

I was 26 when I met my husband (he was 24). My sister was 34 when she met her husband (he was also 34). You have plenty of time.
Confidence is very attractive.
Take the time while you are single to get to know yourself and what you want out of life and a spouse.

You get on with things because you are 20 and not 95.
You will meet a girl if you put yourself out there, if you want to shy away from life and people then its never going to happen. We are all masters of our own destiny here and you can decide what to do with your life.
Best of luck.

You're only 20.
If you give up now, you'll definitely never date again. It's your decision to make sure that never happens, but I don't think you want to do that.
When I met my husband he was 26, and it wasn't like he dated many girls before me, let alone seriously.

Yeah, and what if the sky falls in?
Oh please - you're TWENTY!

Girls here love guys with your accent (Keith Urban's doing alright).
The minute you start feeling bad for yourself, it's time to go volunteer for someone less fortunate, or get a change in scenery. If you wallow, that's where you'll stay.
